1217 Bay Street on the quiet side of Tybee. Located in the middle of
a residential area with limited public access, our beach is one of
the best-kept secrets on Tybee Island. |

| From any condo, you have direct access to the beach without ever
leaving the complex. Our entire property is beachfront. A few
steps down the dune walk, that runs beside the pool, and your feet
will be in the sand. Whether you enjoy sunning, swimming,
walking, jogging, shelling or strolling, you've come to the
right place. Relax on the beach and be entertained by dolphin,
pleasure boats and huge freighters entering and leaving the Savannah
River channel. |

We are pleased to provide you with a
secured entrance for your safety and peaceful enjoyment of the
amenities we offer. All visitors are required to use an
assigned card in order to enter the property. |
| You'll see our 3
tennis courts as you approach the property. As you drive
through the gates, please notice the office and clubhouse on the left. A path
runs beside the office to the courts. You'll see the pool is
directly ahead of you and the beach is just beyond the pool.

With
our large swimming pool, kiddie pool and tennis courts, you'll find a vacation
home with our nice selection of vacation rentals. Our pool is
open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm each day. WIFI is available on the upper pool deck
and the deck along the back of the clubhouse for those who
need to check in with home or the office.

| You will find many
fine restaurants on Tybee. Each owner has their favorites they
can recommend to you. Tybee has many "unusual" events
scheduled throughout the summer. We are blessed with talented
artists on our Island and you'll frequently see art shows. We
think "beach music" originated on Tybee and have many musical events
and festivals.

| Fort
Pulaski is located to the west of the property. You can see the Fort from our pool, and
dune walk and beach.
Tybee Lighthouse is
a favorite stop for Tybee visitors.
During the summer, movies
are scheduled and shown outdoors at Tybee's Memorial Park. It's quite relaxing and
great fun for families.
