behind the dunes, that separate the buildings from the
beach, you'll be perfectly happy staying in this condo.
Decorated in soft beachy colors,
this condo will comfortably sleep 6.
Sitting
on the sofa, you have an easy view of the water craft that
will pass by the Racquet Club each day. That's when
you're suppose to jump up and run to the deck so you
can see better. Be particularly aware of shrimp
boats because you are sure to see many dolphin following
along behind
them.
Watch carefully for the shrimp boat named "Silver Eagle".
These shrimpers re known for showing off and feeding the
dolphin. Joey has those great, tall deck chairs that
allows you to prop your feet up on the deck railing and just
watch the show and relax.
The bed
in this condo is so comfortable that
you will not want to get up. A memory foam topper and fresh linens will make you want to
snuggle down for just a few more minutes.
Your
children will love the shipmate bunks. They might
actually want to go to bed!
A newly
remodeled kitchen sports beautiful oak cabinets and a
dishwasher. A variety of small kitchen appliances are available
for your use. All kitchen needs are furnished.
Everything is beautifully coordinated throughout and great
care is taken to ensure you have what you need for a beach
vacation. You don't have to pack beach towels or buy
beach chairs. They are provided for you. A nice selection of
DVDs and CDs
are provided for your enjoyment.

beautiful condo is conveniently located on the first floor
of the A Building close to the beach, tennis courts, and
pools. Sliding glass doors lead to the comfortable outside
balcony where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful Atlantic
breezes.
This condo sleeps 4 people with the queen-size bed in the
bedroom and queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Ample towels, linens, blankets, and pillows are provided for
your convenience along with a blow-dryer, paper products,
soaps, and shampoos.
Tiled floors throughout, the nicely-furnished living area
features cable television with DVD player and there are
movies, games, and books for your relaxation and
enjoyment! The dining table converts to a game table if
you'd like to play a nice game of chess!
The completely remodeled kitchen includes dishwasher, full-size glass-top range/oven, refrigerator, and
microwave. Well-equipped with dinnerware, cookware,
coffee-maker, utensils, blender, crockpot, waffle iron,
toaster - just like home! There are even local cookbooks
to whet your appetite! An iron and ironing board,
paper products, pool toys, a cooler, beach chairs and
towels, binoculars, and a host of other extras allow you to
pack light for your vacation and just enjoy being at the beach.

Racquet Club!
Our condo is centrally located on the first
floor of the A Building close to the beach, tennis courts,
and pools. Sliding glass doors lead to the outside balcony
where you can relax after a long day at the beach or pool.
This condo offers a multitude of
amenities for the couple or family alike. The master
bedroom with comfortable queen size bed topped with a memory
foam mattress, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room,
and 2 built in bunk beds allow sleeping accommodations for
six.
The kitchen has a
microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker,
blender, mixer, waffle iron, pots and pans, dishes, and
plenty of flatware allowing you to enjoy your meals in the
comfort of your condo. In-home entertainment is supplied by
the cable TV, DVD, and VCR located in the living room as
well as family/children's movie, books, board games and
puzzles for your enjoyment.
Feel like you are at home - not in a hotel - when you stay
in our condo! Travel light as your amenities include
linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, iron and board,
pool toys, binoculars, and an array of little extra touches
sure to make your vacation carefree and relaxing.
Weekly rate: $600-$700 Daily Rates Available
All rates include all
applicable taxes. There is a $65 departure cleaning fee.

with it's easy access to the beautiful swimming pools and
just a short walk over the dunes where you can dig your toes
in the sand and walk the shore for miles.
When your stomach's growling, the lovely and modern kitchen
has everything you need to create any of your favorite
dishes. There is even a crock-pot so you don't have to spend
a lot of time cooking if you don't want to! The
countertops are beautiful stone-tiled and everything is neat
and clean. A built-in counter is great to eat at or write your postcards to your friends at home to tell them how much fun you're having! There's a waffle iron, blender, toaster,
can opener, and plenty of dinnerware and cookware available
for all your dining needs. 
The living room has a TV with cable and a VCR/DVD player.
There are movies and games to play if the weather keeps you
indoors or if you're just relaxing after a long day at the
beach. A variety of books are provided and there's even a
quiet nook in the foyer for reading and reminiscing.
Tiled and wood floors throughout, there is a comfortable
double bed in the tastefully-furnished bedroom and a futon
that sleeps two in the living room. Fresh towels and linens
are available along with plenty of blankets and pillows for
your comfort. In order to add to your enjoyment of our
condo, we provide cleaning prior to your arrival and after
your departure. We provide all of the soaps, detergents, and
paper products that you will need. Beach towels and chairs,
pool toys, iron and ironing board, flashlights, sunscreen,
and just a host of little conveniences are included. We've
tried to think of everything so that all you have to do is
get here and relax awhile!
And best of all, at the end of each fun-filled day, you'll
be mesmerized by stunning sunset views over the water and
magical, starlit nights from your private deck. Foster

through out and the walls are white. It is nice and very
bright. It is an end unit with extra windows to let in
natural light.
The kitchen
has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, blender
and toaster. There are plenty of dishes and cooking
utensils. There is a TV with VCR and a DVD player in the
living area and another TV in the bedroom.
Linens are provided and coin laundry facilities are easily accessible on the same floor. We do
not provide beach towels, but we do have 4 beach chairs for
your use.
