This first floor condo has blue ceramic tile
through out and the walls are white. It is nice and very
bright. It is an end unit with extra windows to let in
natural light.
The kitchen
has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, blender
and toaster. There are plenty of dishes and cooking
utensils. There is a TV with VCR and a DVD player in the
living area and another TV in the bedroom.
Linens are provided and coin laundry facilities are easily accessible on the same floor. We do
not provide beach towels, but we do have 4 beach chairs for
your use.
Daily
rates $85.00 - $125.00
Weekly rates $600.00-$800.00 (depending on the month)

There is a $65.00 exit cleaning fee (all other fees included
in the above rates.)
Longer term rentals are also available by the month or up to

We accept Paypal.
For your convenience we have a lock box for the condo key
and entrance card. This is located to the right of the
entrance gate (in the visitors parking area)
